TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
All terms of agreement apply solely to the account holder who is responsible for the use and control of this account.
The account holder must be 18 years of age. If not, a parent or a legal guardian must sign the agreement, and take responsibility for all account charges.
Plumb Summit, LLC (hereinafter referred to as Plumb Summit) and/or its affiliate United States Internet Presence Providers, Inc. (hereinafter refereed to as USIPP) reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or group of customers.
Plumb Summit and/or USIPP reserve the right to cancel any accounts user may have at any time.
All account holders are responsible to use the Internet service consistent with all international, federal, state, and local laws, and to hold Plumb Summit or USIPP harmless for any violations of any applicable law caused by use of this account by the user or others.
Terms of this agreement and pricing of service are subject to change without prior notice unless agreed to in writing.
All information that is available on Plumb Summit and/or USIPP servers is property of Plumb Summit, United States Internet Presence Providers, or the web site owner. The user shall not redistribute any information to a third party without permission of the owner.
Plumb Summit and/or USIPP reserve the right to edit or delete any public information placed by user on Plumb Summit or USIPP servers.
Posting of indecent or pornographic pictures and/or written materials, or, any pictures and/or material that would be considered unacceptable to any one group or class of citizen on any of Plumb Summit or USIPP servers or servers accessed through such is forbidden and will result in immediate termination of account.
Plumb Summit and USIPP are not responsible for any damage done from user’s use of the service or inability to use services.
Plumb Summit and USIPP service is provided "as available". No warranties, implied or otherwise, are made with the respect to Plumb Summit and/or USIPP Internet service, software, or information.
Plumb Summit and/or USIPP will not be held accountable for offensive material found on the Internet. Censorship of these materials from minors is the sole responsibility of the account holder.
Sending bulk amounts of unsolicited email otherwise known as "spam" is not permitted.
Suspended Accounts
Lost, stolen, or otherwise compromised passwords or security of accounts.
Lack of payment.
Breach of any of the terms of the agreement.
User will be responsible for all of the following:
Software and hardware needed to access Plumb Summit and/or USIPP Internet service.
Security of passwords.
All telephone charges that are incurred while connected or connecting to Plumb Summit and/or USIPP Internet service.
All information submitted to Plumb Summit and/or USIPP may not violate or infringe upon any trademark or copyright laws.
Plumb Summit and/or USIPP reserve the right to assign or sell past due accounts to Third Parties for Collection. User agrees to accept Third Party as assignee.
The right is reserved to recover any and all collections cost, attorneys fees, court cost, and any other cost that Plumb Summit, LLC and/or United States Internet Presence Providers, Inc. may incur in the collection of any past due account. Plumb Summit, LLC and/or United States Internet Presence Providers, Inc. reserves the right to charge interest or finance charges on all past due accounts at the rate of 1.5% per month or $ 5.00 which ever is higher.
If any terms of the agreement are found to be invalid, all other terms still apply and any Legal Action shall be governed by the Laws of the State of Missouri.
